6 Week Mindfulness Masterclass
Workshop - 6 x 60 min weekly sessions

The ultimate mindfulness experience.
This practical and interactive six-week intensive program combines all our effective mindfulness modules to help you build a mindful workplace, boost morale and provide your team with the tools to:

  • Combat stress, build resilience and improve wellbeing

  • Work cohesively as a team and communicate more effectively

  • Optimise performance, productivity and use of technology

  • Enhance creativity, problem-solving and decision making

 
Each session is comprised of a mix of group-based activities, lecture-style content, facilitated group discussions and guided meditations, designed to leave your team feeling relaxed, refreshed and recharged. Your team will receive coaching and support to establish a regular mindfulness practice, weekly email support and guided meditations for out-of-class use.
